Test Drive at Our Experience Center

At our unique test track, you’ll immediately experience what a balance wheelchair can mean for your daily life. We simulate real-life situations: turning between “supermarket aisles,” navigating a doorstep at the bakery, and riding over various surfaces like gravel, grass, sand, and wood.

What to Expect
• Introduction & Selection Guidance – We begin with your personal goals and daily situations. Together, we determine which model (e.g. iBOT, Hoss, Genny, Bi-Go) best fits your needs.
• Real-Life Test Track – Try out multiple balance wheelchairs on our course and feel the difference in stability, agility, and comfort.
• Personal Guidance – Our specialists ride along with you, explain key features (e.g. eye-level mode, curb/stair handling, body steering/joystick), and answer all your questions.
• WMO Support – We assist you with your WMO application: clear documentation, exploring options, and our 2KERR step-by-step plan—so you know exactly what’s possible.

Prefer to explore from home first? During a one-on-one video call, you’ll get a clear explanation of the features, options, and differences between our models. We’ll walk through your daily routes—work, shopping, the beach, walking the dog—and create an initial shortlist for you to try later in our showroom.
