Experience & advice

The Groundbreaker: solid at every step of your day. First the market, then into the forest along forest trails, and later up the beach ramp — with the Genny Urban your day flows as one.
In narrow store aisles you manoeuvre calmly; in the lift you turn neatly on the spot. You ride with your upper body (body-steering): lean forward to go, lean back to slow or stop. With the compact central control handle you steer precisely — one-handed if you like. The result is calm and control — in busy spaces and outdoors.
The foundation is right down to the details: Italian design you can see and feel, built on a solid Segway platform. Electromechanical parking struts help you stand safely even when the ground is sloped or uneven. The Tarta backrest supports posture and is adjustable for extra comfort during longer stretches.
The Genny Urban balance wheelchair is available only as an occasion chair.
The Genny Urban balance wheelchair is for riders who want to combine style with control — agile in the city and sure-footed in the forest. You steer with your body (forward = go, back = slow/stop) and use the handle where precision is needed; intuitive in crowds, composed on forest trails and towards the beach ramp. Not for: need Stair Mode or 4-wheel confidence? See ibot PMD. Prefer joystick-only without body input? Choose Hoss.
Practical & customization
The Genny Urban balance wheelchair is an electric, self-balancing wheelchair on a Segway platform. We build your Genny Urban to fit: Tarta backrest (adjustable), interchangeable seat cushions, adjustable steering handle, transfer and foot supports, plus optional design rims. Compact when folded and practical to take by car. During your test ride we practise body-steering, turning on the spot in the lift, precise manoeuvring in store aisles, and riding over curbs, forest trails and the beach ramp.
Our specialists can also support your WMO application.
