The Minimalist: the power of simplicity, with all the benefits of balance tech. Saturday morning at the market, the dog walked along a woodland path and made a quick stop with friends.
Out the door in no time - with the Bi-Go balance wheelchair, you’re ready to go. You ride by shifting your body weight: lean forward to move; lean back to brake or reverse. That active control keeps your core engaged and gives direct handling. The tight turning circle helps in narrow store aisles; you go up and down curbs without hunting for lowered sections. That’s how you stay in charge of everyday things — from grabbing groceries to a spontaneous coffee in town, and even heading to the beach.
Going out together? Ride alongside your partner or friends at a normal cycling pace. Wherever you’re headed, the Bi-Go is easy to take with you. It folds quickly and, folded, measures about 70x66x65 cm — practical to take in the car or camper for a weekend away.
The Bi-Go is for active riders who like to keep things simple and want agile, body-steered driving. Lean forward and go; lean back to brake or reverse — direct and intuitive, even in a busy shopping street. Heading out together? Just keep pace at normal cycling speed. If you need a stair-climbing mode, the ibot PMD fits better. Prefer joystick control? Take a look at Hoss.
Practical & customisation
The Bi-Go balance wheelchair is an electric wheelchair with balance technology. Custom-built: every Bi-Go is configured for you. Choose the backrest (height/angle/support), the handlebar and the wheel set that matches your routes — city, woods, or beach. Thanks to the refurbished Bi-Go kit, it can be built sustainably and often more affordably; if you already have a Segway platform, we can convert it. Folded, it’s compact (± 70x66x65 cm) and goes easily in the car. During your test ride, we’ll practise body steering, tight turns, curbs and slopes, a stretch of forest trail, sand, and whether the Bi-Go balance wheelchair fits in your car.
