What you can expect from us

  • Personal aftercare plan: after your first weeks, we call to see how it’s going on your routes. If necessary, we adjust: seating position, tires, controls.
  • Customized check-ups: seasonal check (rain, leaves, winter cold), extra inspection after an intensive period (vacation, festival), and an annual major service.
  • Own workshop & quick service: we repair, fine-tune, and replace immediately. No standard solutions; we think along and solve issues.
  • Community & learning: free masterclasses and events to share experiences and discover new places.

Maintenance in daily life: 5 habits that make a difference

  • Clean & dry: wipe off briefly after rain; clean sand and mud from wheels/hub.
  • Check tire pressure: once a month — noticeable in turning circle and range.
  • Charging rhythm with rest: charge in the evening, keep the charger dry, and relieve cables.
  • Quick screw scan: watch for vibrations from cobblestones/tiles; if you hear something, call us.
  • Seasonal change? Schedule your free winter or summer check, and we’ll take a look.

We think along regarding the maintenance costs of the electric wheelchair, insurance, and options like renting a wheelchair or a refurbished program. Do you need to adjust your WMO provision? We help with justification and contact with the municipality. This way, your balance wheelchair stays in sync with your rhythm and budget.
