I can easily play outside with him and enjoy both him and the environment. The Freee effortlessly drives over the beach, through the forest, and over other uneven surfaces. For example, on King's Day, there was a fun band playing. Everywhere there were bounce houses where Niek could have fun. All of this on a grassy field full of obstacles and people. No problem for the maneuverable Freee, which easily turns on its axis. Additionally, you sit a bit higher, which gives you a better view and means people can see me better too. And the Freee looks beautiful!

I am lucky that the chair was reimbursed by the Wmo, but that has so far been more of an exception than a rule.

At 2KERR, you can compare them all. The Freee turned out to be the best option for me with my disability, a spinal cord injury. It has a safety mechanism, so you really cannot fall backwards. This beautiful piece of German technology also responds very subtly to your weight. For example, I have tried another product, but due to insufficient mass and weight in my upper body, I could not move effectively. With the Freee, I only have to move a little bit forward and backward, and the chair already moves. Also very nice is that I can adjust the chair at any moment with a button by the seat. When I am sitting with my family on a terrace, I make sure that I can lean back comfortably. When I am out and about with Niek, I ride in an active position. And when Niek wants to ride on my lap, I can also adjust the balance of the Freee accordingly.
