2KERR is also the address for service and maintenance of your Seated Segway. For any type of balance wheelchair, Seated Segway or standard Segway you can visit our service centre in Oss. The mechanics of 2KERR have been trained by the manufacturers themselves and have the highest service level certificate of Segway Inc. Therefore there is thorough knowledge available of both the unique Segway balancing technique as well as all the different seating solutions. Your precious product is in good hands with us.

Maintenance costs Seated Segway

Maintenance costs vary by product and are reasonably compounded. For each product, you can choose from two options. A separate service, where the price is variable and is calculated based on work hours and parts, among other things. Or, the second option, a maintenance contract with a fixed price per year. This price includes the regular maintenance costs, i.e. performing the service, replacing worn parts and the collection and delivery of the wheelchair. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or additional clarifications about the various options.

Repair or breakdown?

You can also entrust us with repairs in case of malfunction or damage. Because of our extensive experience we can solve almost everything ourselves and otherwise we will contact the manufacturer directly. We take over the entire process and do everything to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
